- How do i replace a faucet aerator in my bathroom?
While taking the old aerator off a piece of the aerator broke off and is still in the threading of the faucet. How do i get that old broken piece out of the threads? i cant get new aerator on because of this, ofcourse, please help,
A depending on how big the hole is you may by able to try to put either a pair of pliers or a pair of needle-nose pliers up into the hole, then spread the handle until the pliers or needle nose is tight into the hole then try to unscrew it. you might also be able to wrap a piece of cloth around either of the end to make a better contact with the piece that's broken off. good luck to ya

- How to get off an annoying faucet aerator?
It's not a normal screw on aerator...you can spin in around and around all day and it won't get you any closer to getting it off. Prying doesn't work, wrenches, hammers, tools, etc. all failing. Just bought an expensive water filter :( Thanks so much!
A sounds like thats a commercial faucet that has a finished cover over the aerator...the outside spins but the aerator does nothing...it will take a tool the goes under the aerator in slots u can sees under it...then turn from there not the outside of it...might have to go to a supply house of vendor to find the tool though good luck
